Water Fast – Day 13
Alright, so I’m shocked at how much I manage to just talk and talk (and talk!) in my videos, but I think I realized why today. It’s very beneficial for me to get things off my chest and speak my mind about the things I experience during this fast. It also gives me a sense of accountability. If I talked about it this much in front of my friends/family, they would probably get so sick of it. At least on YouTube, people don’t have to listen unless they’re interested. It’s better that way.
